Steps (19 September 2026)
- Add the property and the tenancy you already agreed.
- Open Invitations, pick the property, enter the tenant email.
- They open the link, create a free account, and join that tenancy — not a public listings browse.
- They see pay-rent instructions, maintenance, messages, and files you shared.

Yes. People who rent from you do not pay SmartRent. The landlord subscribes. Essential €29 and Professional €89 include VAT.
What do they see after they join?
Pay-rent instructions, maintenance with photos, messages, and documents you shared for that tenancy.
