  Under your ceiling the repair is dispatched. Over it, you approve once.

  Export rental income and expenses from SmartRent.ie. You or your accountant file the return on ROS / Form 11. Confirm deductions on revenue.ie.

• Import your existing ad

  Paste a Daft ad you already wrote, or a MyHome/property-page URL when that site allows it.

• RTB drafts

  Registration, increase, and ending drafts are prepared from the tenancy. You file them on rtb.ie.

• Unique rent payment references

  Each charge has its own reference. Pay by Bank sends it. The webhook marks received.

• How to pay rent

  Tap Pay by Bank. The webhook marks the row received.

• Standing orders

  A standing order is not auto-marked. Pay by Bank is the rent path.

• How rent is marked received

  Pay by Bank marks rent received when the payment executes.

• Pay a tradesperson (IBAN / QR)

  Pay by Bank pays their IBAN after the tenant confirms. SmartRent does not hold the fee.

• Import a listing URL

  MyHome or your own page URL can prefill when the site allows it. Daft does not allow automatic import — paste the ad you already wrote.

• Where rent and trades go

  Tenants pay your IBAN. Trades pay the contractor’s IBAN.

• Rent, certificate, and viewing reminders

  Your software sends reminders you configured.

• Applications — you decide

  Read, accept, or refuse. Optional suggestions stay labelled.

• Error codes and recovery

  Failure screens show an SR-… code plus retry, Help, and Sue Port (AI). Email support@smartrent.ie if you prefer.

• Maintenance and trades

  Under your ceiling the repair is dispatched. Over it, you approve once.

• Landlord software pricing

  Essential €29 and Professional €89 include VAT. Annual two months free. Tenants pay nothing.
