Type €2,200 in the rent-cap calculator when you next review the rent — lower of 2% or CPI from 1 March 2026, confirm on rtb.ie.

DART and Luas lets often mean housemates on a split. Record the split in the app; they still pay your IBAN. Invite each person to the free tenant portal so repairs and messages are not lost in a group chat.

Trades in the city

Post a boiler or locksmith job and choose the trade from the zero-fee marketplace. Gas (RGII) and locksmith are listed specialties. You pay the trade’s own bank account.
