How long does verification take?
A landlord reviews the documents you upload. SmartRent does not employ you or guarantee work.
What documents do I need?
Typically business registration, public liability insurance, ID, and any trade certificates the landlord asks for. They decide what to accept.
How do I get paid?
You arrange payment with the landlord. Optional Stripe Connect lets the landlord pay you directly — SmartRent.ie does not hold the money.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You submit quotes. Landlords review your quote and profile before choosing. You set your own prices.
What areas do you cover?
SmartRent is used across Ireland. During registration you select which counties you work in, and you see jobs landlords posted in those counties.
