How it works
Step 01: Set Your Trades & Coverage Area
Select your skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, general handyman, etc.) and the counties/areas in Ireland you cover.
Step 02: Receive Photo-Backed Job Requests
A job under the landlord’s ceiling arrives in the app. There is no email blast. Over the ceiling, you may be asked to quote.
Step 03: Quote & Confirm the Callout
Under the ceiling you start the job that was dispatched. Over the ceiling, send one price for the landlord to approve once.
Step 04: Complete the Job & Get Paid 100%
Finish in the app. After the tenant confirms, Pay by Bank pays your IBAN and marks the job paid. SmartRent does not employ you and does not hold the fee.

Do I have to pay to view or quote on jobs?
No. There are no "lead credits" or pay-per-contact fees. Creating a trade profile and viewing jobs in your area is 100% free.
Can my existing landlord clients use SmartRent with me?
Yes. Landlords who already use your services can add you to their preferred trades list, allowing them to dispatch jobs and share tenant access details directly to your portal.
How do I receive payment?
Landlords pay your IBAN directly. You set your terms and keep what they pay you. SmartRent does not hold the fee.
