SmartRent.ie provides software tools for Irish landlords to self-manage their own properties, and for tenants and tradespeople they choose to work with.

We are not a letting agent, property manager, solicitor, insurer, or credit provider. We do not hold client money. You make every letting, payment, and maintenance decision.

Rent is paid to the landlord (typically by bank transfer). Templates and AI outputs are drafts and suggestions, not legal, tax, or insurance advice.
