What does landlord software cost?
Essential €29/month (1–3 properties) or Professional €89/month (4–10), including VAT. Annual is €290 / €890 (two months free). 14-day trial, no card. Tenants pay nothing.
Is it free for tenants?
Yes. People who rent from you do not pay SmartRent. Landlords subscribe. The tenant portal is always free.
How do contractors join?
The contractor marketplace is zero-fee. Landlords post work and choose the trade. You quote; they pay you by bank to your IBAN.
