Rent increases
Type today’s rent and, if you have looked it up, CSO CPI in the Ireland rent-cap calculator (2% or CPI). People still search RPZ for this same sum. Notice templates sit next to the property.

10% of €1,800 monthly rent is €2,160 a year. Essential is €348 a year including VAT (€29 × 12). The difference is €1,812 on that one home. Your rent may be higher or lower.
