Pay a tradesperson (IBAN / QR, no escrow)

Pay the contractor’s own IBAN with Pay-by-Bank (SRJ remittance) or copy-pay / EPC QR.

Received when the Pay-by-Bank webhook succeeds, or the contractor taps I’ve been paid.

SmartRent does not hold escrow. Stripe Connect is not the default trades path.
