Pay by Bank to the landlord IBAN is how rent is paid. The webhook marks the row received.

Tenants tap Pay by Bank. It pays your IBAN with that charge’s reference.

“I’ve paid” is claimed, not received. The landlord does not mark the row. The webhook marks it when the payment executes.
