Standing-order helper after first Pay-by-Bank

After the first successful Pay-by-Bank, Pay rent can show amount, landlord IBAN, stable tenancy SRR, next due date, and an EPC QR.

The tenant sets that once in their own bank. SmartRent does not run silent recurring PIS or VRP.

Standing orders are not auto-marked. “I’ve paid” is claimed, not received. Fallback: statement CSV/PDF with exact cents + unique ref, or the landlord marks received from their own statement.
