Each rent charge gets a unique remittance reference, for example SRR7K3MNPQ. Trades use a reference starting SRJ.
Pay by Bank sends that reference to your IBAN. The webhook marks the row received.
A standing order can use the same reference. Those lodgements are not auto-marked.
Tenant “I’ve paid” is claimed, not received.
