People search “AI for rental properties” and “rent AI”. In SmartRent.ie that is Sue Port — Ask Sue Port (AI Assistant) / Chat with Sue Port (AI) — plus optional labelled notes. You still decide tenants and rent. Customer support is a separate mailbox: support@smartrent.ie.
What you do
- Choose who lives in the property
- Receive rent in your own IBAN
- Keep RTB drafts and confirm current rules on rtb.ie
- A repair under your ceiling is dispatched. Over it, one yes.
What the optional helpers are
- Applications: notes and suggested wording you can ignore.
- Expenses: a category you can change, then export for your accountant.
- Sue Port: how to use the app (invitations, Pay-by-Bank, RTB screens).
Helpers that suggest text are labelled. They are decision-support. Accept or refuse each applicant yourself.
