- Open lease drafts. Fill the template from facts already on the tenancy.
- Send it for in-app signing, or export and sign off-platform.
- Store the signed file in the document vault. Invite the household to the free tenant portal.

Yes. You send the draft, they sign in-app, and you keep a copy in the document vault. Invite them to the free portal so they can read it later.
