How AI applicant screening works

Tenant submits an application
Applicants fill in the form on a listing you published, with employment and rental history you asked for.

Does this software decide who I let to?

No. AI sorts and shortlists. You remain responsible for Equal Status and GDPR rules, and for the keys.

What do the optional suggestions do?

Optional suggestions are decision-support. They do not accept or refuse anyone. You always decide who to let to.

Can I keep reference notes in the app?

Yes. Applicants can request any data you stored, under GDPR.

Does the shortlist replace my judgement?

No. It orders the pile. You book the viewing and you hand over the keys.
